IDS, the Internal Department of Sustainability, works directly with the ASUC as well as with other campus organizations to form and implement "Green Guidelines". While the ASUC will use these guidelines to make sure that every bill passed by the student government recognizes and supports Berkeley's sustainability goals, student organizations on campus will use their guidelines to address a variety of topics such as transportation suggestions, food options at events, and waste reduction.
